    Eagle Movie Review: Action movie ‘Eagle’ starring Mass Maharaj Raviteja. While Kavya Thapar played the heroine in this movie, Anupama Parameswaran, Navadeep, Vinay Roy, Avarsala Srinivas, and Madhubala… played important roles. The movie Eagle, directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni and produced by People Media Factory, hit the screens today on February 9.


    Eagle Movie Story:

    Nalini (Anupama Parameswaran), who works as a journalist in a national English paper, goes to the market and learns about a cloth woven from rare cotton found in Talakona. That cloth is famous and the person who belongs to it is not seen and it is taken as a small news and placed somewhere at the end of the paper. But organizations like News Raw and CBI attack the company where Nali works. With this, Nalini starts to wonder why everyone is reacting to such small news after losing her job.

    Talakona asks each one about that cotton and learns about Sahadev Varma (Ravi Teja) who made that cotton famous abroad. In this sequence, the world is looking for him as an eagle, on the other hand, someone killed the arms suppliers and destroyed those weapons, the attack on Sahadev Verma, the story of his encounter with weapons… This is how Nalini tries to know about him completely. 

    Who is Sahadev Verma? What is his past? Why does he leave the past and live as a cotton farmer? What is Sahadev Verma’s link to illegal arms? Come on, why did people like CBI react so much? What did the eagle do? Is Nalini fully aware of him? If you want to know, you have to watch it on the screen.

    Eagle Movie Analysis:

    There have been films in the past where a heroine who travels in a bad way comes into the life of a hero and changes him. If she dies, the hero changes his town and name to live a better life. In terms of story, this movie is the same. But a good message has been added to this story and it has been told as an action movie. This is the first time to show the issue of smuggling of illegal weapons and the death of common people in firing with them. The story is told by switching the screenplay between the past and the present, which is somewhat confusing.

    If the first half is all about Nalini knowing who Sahadev Varma is, the second half will show his past story. Although there is no separate comedy track, they have tried a little here and there with Ajay Ghosh. The action scenes before the climax seem dull. New experiments were done with guns and weapons. They all sound wow. The love scenes between Ravi Teja and Kavya Thapar in the movie are very new and will please the audience. It is noteworthy that part 2 of this movie will be announced at the end.


    Eagle Movie Actors Performance:

    Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja was always adaragott. In a new look with full hair and beard, he is more pleasing in action scenes. Anupama Parameswaran seemed okay in the role of an investigative journalist. Kavya Thapar looked cute in love scenes with Ravi Teja and entertained. Navadeep in the role next to Ravi Teja, Vasarala Srinivas, and Madhubala as raw officers is pleasing. Ajay Ghosh as the village MLA gives laughs here and there with comedy. Even though Vinay Roy has a small role, he seems to have no problem with the action and emotion in the climax.

    Eagle Movie Technical Aspects:

    With Karthik Ghattamaneni turning from cinematographer to director, the visuals look very stylish. In the action and elevation scenes, the background music is loud. The songs are average. The story and the message attached that is good but the audience gets confused as the story leads to the past and present. The artwork is very well done with guns, bullets, and new weapons. 

    In some scenes, one cannot help but admire the artwork done by the art director. And the cost spent by producer TG Vishwa Prasad for the film looks amazing on the screen. As mentioned in the promotions of the movie, instead of spending 100 crores and getting excellent quality, the audience got comments saying Hollywood-level visuals by showing the amazing out-foot with a low budget.

    Overall, the movie ‘Eagle’ is a movie that conveys a good message in stylish action that a man who travels in a bad way becomes a good man for his wife and illegal weapons should not exist in the world, weapons should be in the hands of those who protect them, but not in the hands of those who do not deserve it. This movie can be rated 3.

    Yatra 2 Movie Review: Yatra 2 is a sequel to the YSR biopic directed by Mahi V Raghav. Yatra movie came as a YSR biopic while Yatra 2 came as a Jagan biopic. Today this Yatra has a grand release in 2 cinema theaters. This movie is directed by Mahi V Raghav and jointly produced by Three Atom Leaves, V Celluloid, and Shiva Meka.


    Yatra 2 Movie Story:

    We all know this story. The story starts with YSR (Mammootty) introducing his son Jagan (Jiva) to the public who is fielding him as Kadapa MP in the 2009 elections. Later they show winning in AP and YSR becoming CM. Later, YSR’s death, Jagan’s condolence trip, Jagan’s formation of a separate party after the high command asked him to stop the condolence trip, winning bye-elections, CBI attacks on Jagan, and Jagan’s arrest will be shown. 

    After that, they show the division of the state, Chandrababu (Mahesh Manjrekar) becoming the CM, Jagan losing the election for the first time, and becoming the leader of the opposition, going on a pilgrimage. At the end of 2019, the film will end with Jagan becoming the CM.

    Yatra 2 Movie Analysis:

    As the story is a well-known story, the director paid a lot of attention to the story. Although this is a completely political film, it has been emotionally run as a story of a son who stands up for his father and his word. Some important events in politics between 2009-2019 have been screened. It is noteworthy that all the original names of the characters like Jagan, YSR, Chandrababu… are used in the movie. 

    The names of the parties have been changed. While running the movie emotionally on the one hand, on the other hand, Jagan’s character has been given good elevations. Otherwise, being a familiar story, it seems to be stretched in some places as it runs more emotionally. It is noteworthy that YSR’s death was shown in real visuals, and in the end, YS Jagan’s swearing-in as CM was also shown in real visuals. However, the known story has to be seen on the screen in what emotional range he has handled it.


    Yatra 2 Movie Actors Performance:

    As much as Mammootty was convincing in the previous film Yatra, this time Jeeva is equally convincing in the role of YS Jagan. It can be said that Jeeva has given his 100 percent best as an actor. Mammootty appears in the role of YSR in the film’s first ten minutes and impresses. It can be said that Asrita Vemuganti has done well in the role of YSR’s wife Vijayamma. He has already appeared as a comedian in many Telugu movies and for the first time, he did Out and Out Raw and Rustic. 

    Shivani acted as the heroine in this movie titled Ambajipeta Marriage Band. Starring Sharanya Pradeep and Nitin Prasanna in other pivotal roles, the film is finally hitting the screens today. But paid premieres were shown a day earlier. With the release of the teaser and trailer of the movie and some songs like Gumma impressing the audience tremendously, expectations have been raised about the movie.     Ambajipeta Marriage Band Movie Story:

    Kanaka (Krishna Sukku) who runs a salon in Ambajipet village of East Godavari district has two twin children. One of them is Malli (Suhas) and the other is Padma (Sharanya Pradeep). Malli learns his traditional craft of cutting and shaving and becomes an important figure in another marriage band. Padma is well-educated and works as a teacher in that village. 

    On the other hand, Venkata Babu (Nitin Prasanna), who runs many businesses and also runs a moneylender business, gives Padma a permanent job and thanks to that, Padma is ready to go every Sunday to write papers related to his businesses. With this blow, rumors spread in the village that there was an illicit relationship between them. Venkat’s brother and Padma get into a fight while laying cement bags in the school where Padma is acting as a teacher. 

    At the same time, Venkat again falls in love with his sister Lakshmi (Shivani). Knowing this, Venkat thinks that Padma and Malli should talk to each other somehow. At one point, Venkat calls Padma to school alone and unimaginably humiliates her. What did Malli do as soon as he knew this? Why did Venkat shave Malliki in the heart of the village? If this is happening, what did all the villagers do? Is Malli Lakshmi one in the end? The story of this movie is whether Venkat was given the right advice.

    Ambajipeta Marriage Band Movie Analysis:

    Looking at the story, nothing can be said that this is a new story. A poor, low-caste man falling in love with a rich, high-caste girl. We have mostly seen movies where the family members of the girl who know about that try to destroy the boy’s family and in the end, the hero is a low-caste man who advises the girl’s family and marries her. But the marriage band is a bit different in that regard. 

    After the movie started, the director said that it was understandable. Can love be so pure when the hero tells the heroine that all love stories don’t have to go to marriage? The director has directed the film in such a way that it seems that some love without any selfishness and think that it is enough. In fact, there are more and more movies coming in Tamil where all the lower caste people are subjected to a lot of insults and finally, they all unite and target the higher caste people. 

    One Ara movie like that came out in Telugu too. This movie also came in almost the same category. After seeing the teaser, everyone thought that this is a good love story, but after the release of the trailer, it became clear that the film is set in the background of low caste and high caste. This Ambajipet marriage band movie opened with Tamil flavor and Telugu commercial elements. 

    The love story in the first off doesn’t seem much new but the comedy is well worked out. From the second half, they tried to lead the story completely with emotions. Succeeds in engaging the audience by leading the story in an unexpected way till the climax. Here the names of the castes are not used, but the director has succeeded in making the point he wanted to make smoothly without going into any controversies while making it clear through their professions. Some of the things that have been done in the movie according to the imagination seem to be new. But the climax seems not to suit the taste of the Telugu audience.


    Ambajipeta Marriage Band Movie Actors Performance:

    Suhas as always played the role of Malli in a range. Suhas, who first impressed by acting as a boy who chases after a girl with no big responsibilities or love-mosquito, then impressed by appearing as a person who does not hesitate to give or take his life for the sake of his elder sister after being insulted. Sharanya Pradeep’s performance in the whole movie impresses everyone. 

    Suhas was advertised as the movie’s hero, but after watching it, many people think that Saranya is the real hero. Her role is designed so that one such girl should be in our house, relatives’ house, or at least next door. Nitin Prasanna’s performance in the role of the villain is perfectly suited. Nitin Prasanna is so convincing in the role of Venkat that no other actor can be imagined. 

    Telugu girl Shivani also used her role to the fullest. Occupying the entire screen with her cuteness. Especially some combination scenes with Suhas but the lovers connect to everyone. Jagdish Pratap Bandari of Pushpa fame got a role with such length and scope for acting after Pushpa. Goparaju Ramana, Krishna Sukku, and Surabhi Prabhavathi may not be familiar with Ambajipet, but even the seemingly new actors have performed impressively in the scope of their respective roles. 

    When it comes to the technical aspects, the director has succeeded in telling the story he wanted to tell without going anywhere. And the cinematographer succeeded in making Ambajipet more beautiful. The songs are very good and the on-screen is also impressive. The background score also elevates the film. The production values are very good. Every frame on the screen looked delicious.

    Finally, in a word, it is a hard-hitting story that conveys that if you do something wrong, no matter how strong you are, you will be punished.

    Captain Miller Movie Story: 

    During the 1930s, Agneeswara (Dhanush) lives in a village under British rule. Due to caste discrimination in his own village, Agneswara joins the army. In the army, he is called Miller. After completing his training there, he kills his superior during his first assignment. Then Agneeswara is helped by his fellow soldier Rafiq (Sandeep Kishan) to escape. 

    From there, Agneswara alias Miller becomes a thief. Why did Miller have to steal the idol from his village temple? How many consequences did it lead to? What are the roles of Bhanumathi (Priyanka Arul Mohan) and Agneeswara’s sister Shivanna (Shivaraj Kumar) in this story? Whose idol is in the original temple? You have to watch the movie to know that.

    Captain Miller Movie Analysis: 

    Tamil Nata director Arun Matheswaran has a unique image. Arun’s specialty is hard-hitting storytelling mixed with gruesome violence. ‘Captain Miller’ is also a story with many layers. The first half of the movie is enough to show Agneeswara’s life. But the real story does not begin for the interval. Arun took a lot of time, especially for the introduction of the characters. All the characters in the movie will be understood in the first shot. It’s kind of good but feels a bit laggy.

    Words are written very strongly in some scenes. When Agneeswara decides to join the army, the conversations between Sivanna and him are hard-hitting. Also, the scenes between Sandeep Kishan, Dhanush, and Abdul Lee after joining the army are impressive. After Dhanush runs away from the army, the story goes on smoothly till the interval. The film goes to the next level from the scene of the idol theft. The action scenes are also brilliantly shot. Arun Matheswaran has shown less violence compared to his previous films. Have you made the cut for the U/A certificate?

    The idol theft scene during the interval, the huge action scene when Dhanush arrives at his village for the first time, and the grander fight sequences at Ktimemax are one above the other. A feast for action lovers right from the pre-interval. The scene where the British soldiers are tied to sticks and blown up in the trailer looks more effective on screen. That is one of the highlights of the movie.

    ‘Captain Miller’ is not just a story of violence. Arun tries to give a beautiful definition of what freedom is. “Now we are living under British rule. If they leave, we will live under the kings here. White teeth are better than these. They don’t even let us wear sandals here. If you join the British army, you will be given shoes. They won’t let us in here. There they sit next to each other and have a good meal. Dhanush’s question is not Shivraj Kumar but the society.

    Technically also ‘Captain Miller’ is very strong. The conditions of the 1930s are portrayed very authentically. Full credit goes to cinematographer Siddharth Nooni. Background music by GV Prakash Kumar is top-class. Elevated the action scenes to the next level. The production values are very good. TG Thyagarajan has spared no expense.

    Captain Miller Movie Actors Performance:

    Dhanush is no stranger to such roles. He has played roles with similar intensity in the past. It seemed that Priyanka Arul Mohan was not set for the role of Bhanumati. It seems to float in performance-oriented scenes. Sandeep Kishan’s role as Rafiq is memorable despite his short length. It can be said that he had some career-best elevation shots in the climax. 

    Sandeep is likely to be seen in a full-length role in its sequel. So is Shivraj Kumar who appeared in the role of Shivanna. For a moment in the climax, he turns the entire audience towards him. Nivedita Sathish is a surprise package in this movie. His is a role that has scope for action as well as performance. She also took the character to the next level with her acting. All the other actors have done justice to their roles.

    Fighter Movie Analysis: 

    Before ‘Fighter’ director Siddharth Anand’s films ‘War’ and ‘Pathan’ were Indo-Pak & Terrorist films. Action is the highlight of both of them. This time the same backdrop was taken. But, there was a change in Siddharth Anand’s direction. Human emotions have been touched in the story and narration. Focused more on drama than action.

    ‘Fighter’ war is not only on terrorism… The best pilot in the country fought against himself! Two of the best pilots in the country have made a war between themselves! Even a war to say that a soldier is no more than a country!

    Audiences who have seen the promotional films will get the idea that ‘Fighter’ was shot in the background of our Air Force’s war against the terrorists responsible for the bomb blasts in India. But… director Siddharth Anand gave a surprise. Air Force pilots took more time to establish their characters than terrorists. There are no huge action thrills in ‘Fighter’ like ‘War’ and ‘Pathan’ movies. Less action, more drama & emotion. It is a bit stretched in the middle. A lot of liberties were taken in the climax.

    Aerial combat scenes in ‘Fighter’ are good. Well done too. The audience likes it. The background music did not show much effect. Goosebumps moments in action sequences would have been more if effective re-recording had been added. Songs are just ok. The camera work is good.

    Siddharth Anand’s choice of story, story, and scenes is nothing new. Already seen in previous patriotic movies. However, along with the background of the Air Force, the actors have brought a fresh feeling to ‘Fighter’.

    Fighter Movie Actors Performance:

    Hrithik Roshan’s swag anchors many scenes. He is a perfect original in the role of a pilot. Be it Hrithik’s handsome looks, his smiley face when he says ‘please’, or his acting in emotional scenes, Hrithik Roshan impresses in every scene. Deepika Padukone as Minna, Akshay Kumar as Rocky, Karan Singh Grover, Abhishek Oberoi… everyone brought their characters to life. Rishabh Sahni who played the role of a terrorist is okay. The scene where the father greets Deepika is inspiring for girls who have given up their family members for careers and everyone who dreams of reaching the top in life.

    In short about ‘Fighter’… a commercially packaged patriotic movie. The story, narration, and scenes are not new. But, if you get bored watching it for a long time, it won’t beat you. The way the aerial combat scenes are shot is good. Hrithik Roshan is a patriotic film with elements that the audience wants. Commercial movie lovers will like it. Not if ‘War’ and ‘Pathan’ range in ‘Fighter’ movie. If you want action from Siddharth Anand with those two films in mind, you will be disappointed.
